The Force headquarters has granted administrative bail to the founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly(COZA) Abuja, Biodun Fatoyinbo.
Fatoyinbo who has been at the Force CID Abuja since morning was granted bail after hours of questioning by detectives over the rape allegation levelled against him by photographer, Busola Dakolo.
The flamboyant pastor may return on Wednesday for more questioning as police has not covered all the areas and gaps in the case.
Rape allegation was made by Busola who is Timi Dakolo’s wife back in June. Controversies trailed the allegation over how to proceed with investigation. Ms Dakolo has had her turn in an 8-hour encounter.
