Rain has been falling consistently in the past two weeks, but between Friday and Saturday it appears to have intensified. And Lagos residents who have complained of bad roads, pot holes, poor drainage etc are not completely exhausted. It is worse when there are no visible emergency efforts targeted at evacuation of stranded people as report say many low-lying areas have had homes completely flooded.
Residents are stranded and traffic congestion is at its worst.
